Tuition fees
For a two-year master’s program, you can expect to pay on average $2,000-$2,200, whilst tuition fees for a PhD program are approximately $8,700.

We also offer scholarships for international students which are awarded on academic merit as well as the type of program you wish to study.


Entry requirements

Entry requirements to study a postgraduate degree at TDTU vary according to whether you’re applying to study a master’s degree or a PhD.

If interested in applying to study a master’s degree, you will need to complete and submit the following documents:

  • Application form
  • Up-to-date copy of your CV
  • Original copy of your bachelor transcript in a relevant applied major
  • Original copy of your bachelor certificate in a relevant applied major
  • Statement of purpose (500 words)
  • English Language Proficiency: TOEIC 600, TOEFL iBT 50, IELTS 5.5, PET/FCE 160 (English certificate’s results must be valid throughout the application period) or proof of bachelor’s degree program taught in English
  • Criminal record
  • Copy of passport
  • Two reference letters regarding your bachelor degree thesis
  • Photograph (3x4cm)
  • Health check report from an official clinic or hospital within the last six months


If you’re planning on applying to study a PhD at TDTU, you’ll also need to submit the above, as well as the following:

  • Original copy of your master’s transcript in a relevant applied major
  • Original copy of the master’s certificate in a relevant applied major
  • Research publications (all files of published papers)
  • Two reference letters (one of which must be from your master’s thesis advisor)
