SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
To strengthen applied social research skills that contribute information and analysis to the management processes of social policies, programmes and projects. To develop the analytical capacity necessary to understand the complexity of socio-economic problems and processes from a social management perspective. Develop management skills in leadership and teamwork, negotiation and strategic communication, and human resource management applied to social development processes. Develop methodological competences for the design, planning, management and evaluation of social policies, programmes and projects.
