Traditionally, the human resources manager is associated with staff recruitment, payroll management, dispute resolution, and benefits administration for staff.
However, every day it is shown that the success of organizations depends on involving this area in the strategic processes of the companies, in such a way that the process of recruitment, selection, hiring, induction, training and career plan, allows having staff committed to strategic objectives.
Achieving this requires a new manager prototype who is positioned as the main advisor on human factor management, for which it is essential to provide him with the tools that allow him to successfully face this challenge.
