The Master's Degree in Nutrition, Body Composition and Metabolism responds to the current demands of health professionals, especially highlighting the importance for dietitians-nutritionists. It will train you to evaluate, identify and address nutritional problems, adapting to various physiological, clinical and sports situations. Emphasis will be placed on the need for the professional to have a global vision of the patient's health, interrelating metabolic, nutritional, hormonal, biochemical and immunological aspects, all oriented towards precision nutrition.
For these reasons, this program seeks to address the main determinants of metabolic and hormonal health, endocrinology, body composition analysis, including a deep understanding of the interpretation of analytical tests, nutritional evaluation tests, and body composition, for greater precision nutrition. ; taking into account some peculiarities of hormonal health and application of nutrition in women, in fertility, in the sports field, and in the different nutritional objectives such as body recomposition or dietary treatment of common metabolic and hormonal pathologies.
