It is necessary to continue with the strengthening of the quality and optimal educational management, and for this Specialty in Educational Planning and Management, it is necessary to incorporate changes in the teaching work:

  • Meaningful learning has displaced the informational lesson of the teacher of the past.
  • The teacher-student dialogue as a way of discovery and construction of knowledge, has made the teacher a facilitator of the teaching and learning process, and the class a non-monologized interactive relationship.
  • Research, on the apprentice's own initiative, guided by the teacher, has achieved self-management of learning by the actors involved in this process.
  • The so-called alternative assessment techniques have opened the possibility of greater personal development and full knowledge of students and teachers about the strengths and weaknesses, the successes and failures present in the teaching-learning process. The virtual classroom has expanded enrollment coverage, canceling the rigid schedule and limited space in the classroom.
