The Bachelor's Degree in Physics for secondary education aims to develop highly qualified educational professionals, consistent with the institutional philosophy, with the knowledge and skills inherent to the profession, as well as the human, social, and professional values that will enable them to be agents of change in Dominican society. UNPHU assumes the social commitment to overcome the findings regarding the needs in teaching practice, values formation, teacher development, technological training, curriculum mastery, content mastery, updated knowledge and skills, and scientific knowledge. At the same time, it redesigns this Curriculum to achieve effective educational practice, presenting a curriculum that is comprehensively based on the philosophical, psychological, technological, scientific, social, and pedagogical dimensions to train professionals who incorporate aspects that were hidden or veiled behind formal curricula. This addresses the value and attitudes required in the workplace: environmental awareness, scientific research, social entrepreneurship, technological innovation, and creativity.
