The Specialist course in Event Management seeks to provide the skills necessary to plan, organize, direct and control events required by current and future markets.
Upon completing the program, the Specialist in Event Management will be capable of:
• Carrying out the general planning of an event • Understand the market to which each event is targeted • Detect the real needs and objectives of the customer or the event • Provide correct and complete follow up to an event through logistics
Upon completing the course, the participant will be able to:  
  • Organize, express, and communicate ideas, instructions, and data in a logical sequence.
  • Detect the needs of customers
  • Detect areas of opportunity in the different stages of the organization of events
  • Coordinate material resources required for each type of event
  • Discuss and negotiate services, prices, and schedules with customers
  • Make decisions that affect work operations and organizational procedures
  • Work as a team to organize and direct
  • Adapt to various relations and working conditions
  • Work as a team, fostering a friendly atmosphere with people
  • Participate in open, tolerant, and respectful relationships with others
