Master in Criminal Law and Criminology (Blended)

The master's program is committed to developing the skills considered critical in the field of Criminal Law and Criminology, criteria for the management of the preparation of human talent in the world of Law, Criminal Law and criminology, for a broad vision of its function, creative, innovative and free, without fear, capable of making the leap towards professional growth occupying positions of regional and national relevance in public or private institutions. Graduates from this program will learn to: Apply updated knowledge of the investigation, management and / or administration of Criminal Justice; Demonstrate investigative skills that allow you to transform the existing reality in the criminal justice system; Identify, evaluate and eradicate the violation of constitutional principles in the administration of Criminal Justice; Make decisions at the institutional level, to improve the quality of criminal justice, at the local, regional and national levels; Base criminal law processes on philosophical bases and legal doctrines, in accordance with national and international experiences; and Argue the processes of criminal law and the various criminal cases with solid theoretical bases of law and current regulations.
