Master in Management Information Systems (Software)

To train professionals with human values ​​and professionals specialized in management information systems, providing them with a solid theoretical and practical training in the management of information systems both in the managerial and organizational fields, which allows them to assimilate as many changes and updates are produced and the capacity to apply them in the management of management information systems. In this program student learns: Solid knowledge of information management processes, methods and techniques linked to automation or human support of managerial decision-making; Mastery of different computer tools created for information systems in free and proprietary software; Handling of instruments for the economic and financial evaluation of management information systems projects, as well as compliance with quality standards; Expert in diagnoses, forecasts, and planning of activities related to the management of organizational information and its computer tools; and Use of new approaches and methodologies for the development of Information Systems, from the point of view of Engineering and with a focus on Administration. Graduates from this program will be a creative, responsible, honest and supportive professional in order to achieve the sustainable development of information systems for managerial decision making.
