Admission criteria
As established in art. 4.3 of the Regulations for official postgraduate studies at the University of Vigo, the selection of students corresponds to the Academic Committee of the Master's Degree (hereinafter CAM).
No specific tests or special access conditions are set. Given the multidisciplinary nature that characterizes R & D & I activities in the agri-food and environmental field, graduates, diploma holders, bachelors and engineers who meet the conditions established in RD 1393/2007 will have access to the master's degree. The preferred criterion for assessing access, in the event that the number of applications exceeds the number of places offered, would be:
  • Average grade of the applicants' academic record divided by the weighted average of the degree.
  • In the case of equality of points in the previous section, adequacy of the degree that gives access. Preferred degrees include graduates, diplomas, bachelors and engineers in the fields of science (Food Science and Technology, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Biology and Marine Sciences), technology (Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry). and Industrial) and health sciences (Human and Dietetic Nutrition, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine and Medicine, among the most common).
  • If necessary, CAM will conduct personal interviews.
