The objective is to train students in the professions of senior laboratory technician and supervisor, in different sectors of biology . To fulfill their missions, graduates must have acquired solid knowledge in the fundamental disciplines of biology. In addition, so-called opening courses should allow them to integrate the world of work in the best conditions.
The professional license includes multidisciplinary training, in which coexist theoretical and professional teaching in the key disciplines of biotechnology and business knowledge. It forms a set of 5 compulsory teaching units. In order to meet the expectations of both students and companies, the organization of the training provides for professional experience, in the form either of an end-of-study internship of 4 to 6 months, or of a contract of 'learning. One of the originality of the diploma is to offer practical lessons on different technological platforms, located in public and private establishments, partners of the training.
