The bachelor's degree in Labour Relations trains professionals with a wide view on the management of human resources.

  • You will acquire scientific skills of disciplines ranging from the law to the sociology of labour relations, organisation of businesses, applied economics and social psychology.
  • You will study the theory and practice of the socio-labour perspective with an impact on the ethical and social values of human relations as a crosscurricular axis.
  • You will develop your capacity to negotiate, respect and find compromises with social groups.
  • These studies have a high employment index. Its work placement programme offered in the fourth year and based on collaboration agreements with UAB alumni is a complete success.
In your fourth year you will be able to choose from two specialisations, with a high degree of specialisation in each optional subject. The bachelor's degree in Labour Relations at the UAB, a true university campus, makes it possible for lecturers from each of the faculties to teach in their area of expertise.

Depending on the regulations of each home university, especially if there is a mobility agreement with the UAB, students will be able to transfer the credits earned during their stay to their current degree.
