Sociology provides the scientific evidence needed to advance towards more egalitarian societies in a variety of fields (gender, employment, religion, migrations and ethnic minorities, education and sustainable development). The bachelor's degree in Sociology offers you the chance to acquire ample knowledge of the social sciences and a more profound understanding of social structures, sociological theories, and research methodologies and techniques. There is a need for professionals who can contribute to the comprehension and improvement of globalised and multicultural societies. Depending on the regulations of each home university, especially if there is a mobility agreement with the UAB, students will be able to transfer the credits earned during their stay to their current degree.
