The Ph.D. program (psychology - research/intervention) gives access to the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec and to the majority of bodies that control the practice of the profession of psychology in North America. This program is intended for students who wish to acquire solid dual training in research and professional practice, both in terms of evaluation and intervention. To be eligible as a regular Ph.D. student (psychology - research and intervention), the candidate must:
  • meet the general eligibility conditions (chapter II section II) of the Academic Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
  • hold a B.Sc. with honors or with a major in psychology, a B.Sc. with honors in cognitive neuroscience (neuropsychology orientation), or a bachelor's degree deemed equivalent comprising at least 51 credits in psychology.
  • have obtained in the 1st cycle an average of at least 3.7 out of 4.3 or the equivalent
