Master's Degree in Law, option Business Law in a context of Globalization (LL. M.)

This program is intended exclusively for foreign lawyers who wish to study, in English, business law in a context of globalization. The program is not offered in French.

Students who successfully complete this program will have acquired analytical and research skills in the fields of comparative and international law and North American business law.

This option aims to give students:

• Comprehensive knowledge of international business law from a comparative perspective;
• The critical ability to assess the effects of various legal traditions on international business law;
• Mastery of the various aspects of corporate governance;
• The ability to find creative solutions to complex problems that cut across multiple jurisdictions and legal traditions;
• The methodological ability to carry out quality legal research according to the standards required in practice.
