The objectives of the master's degree in notarial law are as follows:

deepen and integrate the legal knowledge taught in the Bachelor of Laws
acquire in-depth legal knowledge necessary for the exercise of the profession
transpose theoretical knowledge into a professional environment, among other things by analyzing legal situations and solving legal problems
master the skills required for the exercise of the profession by, for example, demonstrating meticulousness and rigor, adopting efficient work methods and using one's time wisely
integrate the principles of ethics and deontology of the profession, such as respect for professional secrecy, impartiality, the obligation to act with honesty, frankness and objectivity
promote and apply a preventive approach by inserting, for example, in the act of clauses allowing the use of alternative methods of prevention and dispute resolution such as mediation
demonstrate the attitudes and behaviors expected in a professional environment by being, for example, courteous, punctual and diligent, by demonstrating a sense of clientele and by maintaining harmonious interpersonal relations.
