The Master's in Industrial Relations offers advanced training in the analysis and management of various workplace issues using an integrated approach to industrial relations.
It allows three types of path:

  • with memory,
  • with tutorials,
  • with internship.

Several class time slots offered during the day (1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) or evening (4 p.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.).


The objective of the program is to allow the student to develop an ability to analyze situations and problems in industrial relations in a multidimensional way, that is to say, which integrates the diversity of legal and institutional aspects., economic, sociological, psychological, administrative and occupational health and safety.

Admission requirements

To be eligible as a regular student for the M.Sc. (Industrial Relations), the candidate must:
  • meet the general eligibility requirements (section XI of the Academic Regulations) for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
  • hold a specialized B.Sc. (industrial relations), or a diploma adequately preparing for studies in industrial relations, or attest to training deemed equivalent. Students holding an undergraduate degree in a discipline other than industrial relations must complete preparatory education that may include up to 16 course credits.
  • have obtained in the 1st cycle an average of at least 3.0 out of 4.3 or the equivalent

The student must have a good knowledge of French and English.
