The Master's in Industrial Relations offers advanced training in the analysis and management of various workplace issues using an integrated approach to industrial relations.
It allows three types of path:

with memory,
with tutorials,
with internship.

Several class time slots offered during the day (1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) or evening (4 p.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.).

The objective of the program is to allow the student to develop an ability to analyze situations and problems in industrial relations in a multidimensional way, that is to say, which integrates the diversity of legal and institutional aspects., economic, sociological, psychological, administrative and occupational health and safety.

To be eligible as a regular student for the M.Sc. (Industrial Relations), the candidate must:

meet the general eligibility requirements (section XI of the Academic Regulations) for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
hold a specialized B.Sc. (industrial relations), or a diploma adequately preparing for studies in industrial relations, or attest to training deemed equivalent. Students holding an undergraduate degree in a discipline other than industrial relations must complete preparatory education that may include up to 16 course credits.
have obtained in the 1st cycle an average of at least 3.0 out of 4.3 or the equivalent

The student must have a good knowledge of French and English.
