Bachelor in Economics and Politics

This program trains the student in two complementary disciplines to understand government policies and their economic repercussions.

The economic and political spheres occupy a prominent place in modern societies. This program addresses both of them from their essential perspectives, while allowing the student to acquire basic knowledge relating to techniques for analyzing economic, political and administrative behavior. It also offers the possibility to analyze in more detail a given country, or a particular region. The analytical tools of the two disciplines are applied to the study of concrete problems of economic policy. The student, if he so desires, will be able, through a judicious choice of courses, to prepare for graduate studies in political science or economics.
