The Organizational Leadership & Change concentration of the Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies degree identifies the challenges and opportunities of today’s ever-changing work environment. Professionals will explore various leadership theories and practices and develop valuable team-building, strategic planning and communication. Online courses follow an accelerated 8-week format. Courses are asynchronous; accessible anytime from anywhere. All students are required to participate in an online orientation prior to the beginning of the program. During the orientation, students learn to navigate the Canvas course learning system, to utilize strategies for becoming a successful online learner, and to access other University resources.
