Students at the University Campus of Football Business (UCFB) and Global Institute of Sport (GIS) can utilise the unique learning and sporting environments in both the London and Manchester campuses – which have the iconic Wembley and Etihad stadiums at the heart of the institution.

GIS offers a ground-breaking Master’s degree portfolio utilising a global network of industry leaders and its elite stadium venues in the UK, US, Canada and Australia.

UCFB and GIS provide students with a stimulating curriculum on-campus, through online degree programs and at global hubs. Media, marketing, finance, coaching and event management, amongst others, are all sectors of sporting industries that are growing at a rate never seen before, with new roles being created on a daily basis.

UCFB and GIS believe there are three necessary requirements for a career in the football and sports industry: a degree, industry contacts and work experience on your CV.

Students learn from leading team of academics, as well as the necessary theory through books, research and presentations before hearing from industry guest speakers on the intricacies of their profession.

UCFB and GIS students are encouraged to go out in the industry and do it themselves. The Employability & Enrichment team provides students with numerous opportunities to apply for unique work experience roles in the UK and abroad.

A world first in higher education, University Campus of Football Business (UCFB) offers unique university degrees focused on a career in the football and sports industry.

UCFB offers 12 on-campus undergraduate programs, along with one blended undergraduate program.

The undergraduate degrees cover a range of subjects, including: business, coaching, finance, marketing, media, law, and stadium & events management.

Undergraduate entry requirements vary, although typically, entry criteria ranges from 96-112 UCAS points.

The 2020 entry undergraduate tuition fees for Home students are:

On-campus degrees: £9,250

Blended degrees: £9,250

The 2020 entry undergraduate tuition fees for international students are:

On-campus degrees: £14,950

Blended degrees: £9,250

Students can apply for student finance through the normal process with the Student Loans Company. UCFB offers a range of scholarships and bursaries for students.

UCFB's on-campus undergraduate degrees are only currently available for UK and EU students. However, the BA (Hons) Football Coaching (Blended) degree program is available for international applicants.

UCFB’s Global Institute of Sport (GIS) offers five on-campus postgraduate degree programs, one blended postgraduate degree program primarily delivered online with an element of on-campus learning, and two online postgraduate degrees. GIS also offers a groundbreaking executive education portfolio, which is delivered in partnership with VSI Executive Education.

The postgraduate programs cover a range of subjects, including: business, marketing, media, coaching and management.
