BEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering (preliminary year)

The aviation industry is a huge and diverse one, employing engineers across multiple disciplines. The  aerospace engineering  degree prepares you for a career in the industry by providing knowledge on how aircraft are designed, constructed, powered, used, and controlled for safe operation.

You will also develop skills in management, airworthiness and aviation regulations through a number of additional courses.

As an aerospace engineer, you will have career opportunities in the design and manufacture of civil and military aircraft or within the technical departments of airlines.
