In this program you will: source, review and critically appraise research in your chosen health science discipline, independently strategise, design and execute a research project to a high-level industry standard, including its methodology, data collection, analysis, ethics considerations and grant proposal, devise specific research questions to address a selected research focus, and communicate the results of an independent research project in a form acceptable to your field of study. This course is open to students who hold a Bachelor of Health Science degree or a degree in a related discipline and have a GPA of 5.5 or more. Pass degree graduates in similar disciplinary fields from other universities, with comparable results, may also be eligible to undertake this degree.
