This course explores the drivers and dynamics of modern corporate communications and its relationship with marketing and public relations. You focus on stakeholder management, global marketing, brand management, reputation management, media relations and social media. You will understand the knowledge, skills and approaches that enable you to balance the often conflicting demands of an organisation's stakeholders and deliver clear, consistent communications to all parties. Taught by staff with extensive research and consultancy expertise, you will develop knowledge and skills that are directly relevant to the workplace. You will also have the opportunity to undertake a project that will involve working on a consultancy issue with academic staff and company mentors. A number of senior figures from the world of corporate communications, marketing and public relations are invited to deliver guest lectures, providing a practitioner's view of the latest industry developments.
