Hospitality & Leisure Management is one of four new subjects that’s been added to this year’s subject rankings. Leading the way in this world-first is the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. Presumably having “Sin City” on your doorstep comes in handy when it comes to learning about hospitality.
Many of the universities in the top 10 are specialist institutions, such as the Swiss Hotel Management School, ranked eighth, and the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, ranked second. Only two UK universities feature in the global top 20: the University of Surrey and Bournemouth University.
