Lower down the table, there are two universities which climb into the top 20: Delft University of Technology in 18th and the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 20th. The highest-ranked university which didn’t feature at all in last year’s ranking is the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) which is in the top 200.
