The Language and Literacies Education Master of Arts degree was designed to provide rich opportunities for research related to language and literacies education. Students will examine the relationships of literacies in language, and language in literacies, across communities, societies, instructional environments, and informal learning settings. The LLE MA degree normally requires eight completed courses and a Masters thesis. Students are required to successfully complete CTL3001H – Research Colloquium in Language and Literacies Education and a course in research methods from the LLE -approved research methods course list.
