Hello Sabrina,

I am a Nigerian, a Bachelors holder in Political Science from a Nigerian University.

Although I reside in Italy with my wife and kids. I have Permanent Resident Status in Italy. I wish to study for English taught Masters of Art in Political Science in University of Mannheim which just reintroduced tuition fee. Please as a holder of Permanent Resident Status in Italy, will I not be exempted from payment of the tuition fee? Can I bring my family along to Germany with me while I study in Mannheim? Can I get scholarship to meet my living costs? Can I be allowed to work while I study? Will my wife be allowed to work as well? Would my wife and I need to apply for German Resident Permit to work for our living costs?

I look forward to receiving your reply.

Thanks in anticipation.
