In light of the successive global changes at the cognitive and technological levels, as well as the health and economic crises that global societies are going through, and the World Health Organization’s emphasis on the importance of mental health as a priority for all individuals in society, Ajman University introduced the Psychology program in 2018 as it is one of the important specializations with a significant role. It is important in providing psychological support to individuals in communities in a way that qualifies them to deal with various life pressures. Therefore, the existence of this program is considered a great necessity as it is a response to societal needs and a contribution to the process of sustainable development, for the purpose of working to create a citizen who has effective ability and psychological competence through. Supporting him with extensive experience and developing various skills contributes greatly to developing his performance, and gaining him the ability to deal with psychological and societal problems in a positive way that does not affect his social role.
