Master’s Degree in Public Health

The MPH program started in year 1996.   In the beginning it was a general master in public health.   Afterwards, the master had five tracks in epidemiology, health management, mental health, environmental health, and family and population health.   These tracks were the base of other master programs; i. e. master in health policy and health management and the master of community mental health.   The program grants the graduating students a masters degree in Public Health (MPH) based on either thesis or non thesis options.

Our mission is to provide the public health students with the knowledge, models, methods, competencies and skills that will qualify them to become educators, leaders and researchers in the different tracks of public and community health.
