Global Development and Sustainability (Professional Placement Year)

This course is designed to appeal to students with an interest in contemporary environmental and development challenges, and who may wish to pursue a related career. If you are interested in how we can live in a more sustainable way with a good quality of life for all, without jeopardising the environment and the lives of future generations, then this course may be for you. Above all we are looking for motivated and committed students who wish to push the boundaries of their academic knowledge and get the best possible preparation for any future career, but also who want to become socially engaged global citizens, ready to make a difference. The School of Society, Enterprise and Environment has state of the art facilities, and links with courses and universities all over the world.
