Introduction to the International Institute in Geneva

The International Institute in Geneva (IIG) proposes double degree undergraduate programs with the University of Plymouth. The programs at IIG are in Business Administration, Digital Media, International Relations and Computer Science. The business school is ranked among the  top 10 business schools in Switzerland according to Eduniversal. Its location in Geneva provides the students an opportunity to study in a city considered as a center of global governance which host many United Nations agencies. Founded in 1997, the International Institute in Geneva is known for providing an outstanding learning experience that combines both theoretical and practical learning in a real-world, multicultural environment. The institute offers a comprehensive business curriculum that positions students for successful business careers in the modern international workplace. The institute has educated more than 1000 alumni who work in over 100 countries. It draws on the wealth of international experience and resources of faculty members, visiting speakers, and researchers, and has 21 exchange programs with universities worldwide, such as Boston University, Berkeley University. The current student population totals about 250. The International Institute in Geneva holds European accreditation with the British Accreditation Council and American accreditations with ACBSP and IACBE.

Finance and Scholarships

Each year, International Institute in Geneva sponsors a limited number of assistantships. The selection criteria for the attribution of the assistantships include academic achievement and the financial need of the applicant.

The International  Institute in Geneva (IIG) offers 6 graduate programs in Business Administration, International Management, International Relations and Diplomacy, Digital Marketing and Communication, Business Analytics and AI, International Trade and Finance. The graduate program courses combine both a theoretical and practical approach to academic instruction. Through individual and group exercises, which require in-depth academic research, critical analysis, and a professional delivery of results, students are encouraged to develop the essential skills required for a successful career in today’s competitive global business environment. The themes covered in the courses encompass a global view of business leadership.

 
The graduate program is offered on a full-time basis, over one year or part-time evening courses over two years.
