Center for Food & Biomolecules

In recent years, in both Taiwan and in other countries research institutes have put lots of manpower on the research of functional foods and into studying traditional processing food technology; and also into studying the role of biomolecules in food. The Center for Food & Biomolecules will integrates research resources on food and biomolecules; the goal is to promote industry-academic cooperation and implement the objectives of the commercialization of research results and internationalization.
