During the master's degree course in Biomedical Engineering, the knowledge acquired during the corresponding three-year degree course is deepened and expanded. The goal is to train a master's degree specialized in one of the main topics of biomedical engineering, but with excellent preparation and competence in all areas of biomedical interest.

The course is therefore based on four common teachings (Bionanotechnologies, Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Biomedical signal processing, Biomechanics of solids and fluids) which reflect the four specialist pathways on which they are articulated (Biomechanics, Bionanotechnology, Biomedical Instrumentation, e-Health) representative of the areas of main interest in industry and biomedical research (https://embc.embs.org/2019/). A good number of courses to choose from, allows the student to personalize their own path, deepening some themes or completing their preparation in a wider way, with teachings from other fields. The intrinsic variety of these courses combined with specific and elective contents, prepare our students for a broad spectrum of careers (Almalaurea statistics)
