The Master Program of Commercial Law is offered via two streams: Coursework/Research project and Coursework/ Thesis and both streams aim to provide graduates with advanced knowledge of laws in commercial spheres. The program has been designed to equip graduates with research, professional and communication skills that are needed in the local and international job markets. In order to accomplish its learning goals, the MCL uses excellent curriculum, pedagogy based on active learning, qualifies faculty from different legal backgrounds as well as facilities for the program. The courses offered in the program are contemporary courses exposing graduates to international dimensions of commercial law. The program, therefore, would prepare graduates to assume legal positions in private law firms, government agencies, and international institutions.

Bachelor's degree must be in Law. You need to provide a statement of purpose presenting your reasons and intentions of studying the program. The DGSR requires that you submit a copy of your resume (in English) with your application. You are also required to submit two letters of recommendation (copies).

PSU offers 17  undergraduate programmes and across their programmes have an average 14:1 student to faculty ratio. Their students can choose a personalised curriculum of theoretical study and experiential learning, taught by an internationally-recognised faculty. 

Bachelor’s candidates can apply online via their application portal, including uploading clear copies of the necessary accompanying documents and paying the application fee. There is an English language test requirement, or an Intensive English Course for an additional semester before the preparatory year.
Tuition fees are paid in two instalments per year at the beginning of each semester.
