EMBA

Suffolk's 16-month Executive MBA Program is designed for mid-career and senior-level professionals, who are pursuing the expansion of their leadership skills in an immersive, experiential learning environment. The Program blends a Saturday class schedule with three travel seminars and has been designed to promote an educational experience focused on integrated management theory and global leadership. The curriculum enhances entrepreneurial and leadership skills while using data-driven approaches to solve actual business challenges. Students work collaboratively to see business scenarios from new perspectives and are empowered by our corporate and nonprofit partners in exercises ranging from flash consulting to a comprehensive capstone project. The program culminates with the capstone project, which focuses on solving a problem or proposes a new project in the student's organization that regularly results in a significant economic impact for this organization. One-third of our students advance during the program with another third advancing within a year of graduation.
