Project Management MSc

The intention is to provide a theoretical and practical exposition of the factors that are necessary for effective project management in todays global and highly competitive markets. In addition, the programme demonstrates how successful project managers perform and deal with complexities and ambiguities associated with the malleable nature of projects. The programme is designed to provide familiarity with fundamental theories of strategic and operational management theory, as well as practicing of management in projects, programmes and portfolios. The programme has a strong business focus reflected in the programme structure and modules which span from strategic thinking to practically planning, executing and controlling programmes and projects with consideration of risk.
