Master in Emotional Intelligence and Wellbeing

The Master's Degree in Emotional Intelligence and Wellbeing, the first of its kind in Colombia, aims to train facilitators of well-being through emotional education. These professionals will be able to guide both groups and individuals in the process of regulating their emotions and directing them towards achieving goals. The master's degree is based on an interdisciplinary approach, covering knowledge and techniques that allow intervention in various educational and organizational contexts.
This program arises from the experience of the URemotion Emotional Education Center, whose socio-affective model has obtained international recognition for its positive impact on the well-being of young people in educational environments. URemotion has spaces at all Universidad del Rosario headquarters, including a building exclusively dedicated to emotional training.
In addition, the master's degree integrates the pedagogy and spaces of UR STEAM, characterized by integrated, experiential and experimental learning through laboratories and areas of ideation and creation. It focuses on cutting-edge areas, promoting maker culture and individual-centered problem solving. In addition, it establishes a close relationship with the business sector to develop joint applied research projects.
