About New Economic School
The New Economic School, founded in 1992, is a private graduate school of economics in Moscow. NES’s degrees are highly valued both in Russia and abroad. The mission of the New Economic School is to benefit Russia's private and public sectors through excellence in economics education and research.The core of NES is its resident faculty of 30 young economists with PhDs in economics and finance from the world’s leading universities, including Harvard, MIT, Columbia, NYU, LBS, and Wisconsin-Madison. NES faculty represent Russia in the global economic community, participating in international research conferences and publishing articles in top peer-reviewed international journals, including Econometrica, American Economic Review, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Economic Perspectives, Journal of Economic Literature, Journal of European Economic Association, Journal of Finance, Journal of Business, and American Political Science Review. NES offers all levels of Higher Education: an undergraduate bachelor program jointly with the Higher School of Economics: Bachelor of Arts in Economic; a two-year master programs: Master of Arts in Economics, Master of Arts in Finance; PhD program in economic: Economic theory, and a professional development programs in finance: Masters in Finance, Masters in Wealth Management
