Admission Requirements
Completion of secondary education (high school or equivalent) with a qualification that grants access to university studies in your country.
For Spanish applicants: completion of high school and successful passing of the University Entrance Exam (PAU).
For international students: recognized equivalent qualifications that allow university access in your home country.
Holders of the European Baccalaureate or International Baccalaureate (IB) with a university entrance credential issued by the Spanish National University of Distance Education (UNED).
Completion of a Higher Vocational Training qualification (CFGS).
Successful completion of the university entrance exam for applicants over 25 years of age.
Other special access routes recognized by current regulations.

The program is taught 80% in Spanish and 20% in English, with the English-taught courses mainly concentrated in the last two years to prepare students for international opportunities.
You don’t have to decide at the start. During your first year, you will explore different areas and decide your specialization as you progress.
Students complete internships at our own Gastronomic Hotel and with industry partners, gaining real-world experience in hospitality and culinary settings.
