2 Formulate and lead the execution of the strategic Marketing and Commercial plan fully integrated into the company's strategy and objectives and aimed at generating sustained and sustainable demand.
3 Design the appropriate stimuli for the market based on the elements of the Marketing Mix by ESIC, anticipating changes in the consumer and the market to reinforce the value and reputation of the brand.
4 Defend the importance of Marketing and the Brand's reputation in the company's global strategy as an essential function of demand generation, as well as its essential contribution to meeting the Stakeholders' objectives.
5 Resolve complex situations creatively in any business in highly internationalized and disruptive environments.
6 Foster the skills to: Manage complex environments + Internationalize the company + Analytical capacity + Leadership + Strategic and managerial skills.

- Photocopy of the DNI or Passport in case of being a foreign student. - An updated CV. - 2 color passport size photographs. - Certificate of grades and copy of the university degree. For University Master (official): In case of having studied in a system outside the European Higher Education Area, both documents must be legalized by Apostille from The Hague or through diplomatic channels. Likewise, international students must present a letter certifying that the studies completed give access to a Master's program in their country of origin. - Letter of recommendation: IF YOU WORK: Letter from the company indicating the functions performed. (or from the previous job if you are not currently working), if the letter cannot be requested, a certificate of working life can be presented. YOU DON'T WORK: Letter of recommendation from a teacher or tutor - Certificate of English in the case of those candidates who want to access degrees taught in that language. The minimum level must be B2, a 6.5 in IELTS, or a 95 in TOEFL. - For those candidates who want to study MBA programs, they must accredit a minimum professional experience of 3 years and 5 years in the case of the Executive MBA.
