LCCA’s BA (Hons) Fashion degree enables students to define their personal style and transform creative concepts into impactful collections. The programme combines cultural, economic, and sustainable insights with technical mastery in draping, fabric manipulation, pattern cutting, textile construction, and garment manufacturing. Students engage with live briefs, portfolio development, and computer-aided design sessions, gaining direct exposure to industry practice. Past collaborations with brands such as Oh Polly have allowed students to explore trend forecasting, sustainability, and brand identity while receiving professional feedback on catwalk presentations. Collaboration is embedded at every stage of the course, mirroring the realities of the fashion industry. Graduates leave LCCA with a distinctive collection, industry experience, and the confidence to pursue careers as designers, buyers, stylists, textile designers, or visual merchandisers. Students who do not meet entry requirements can begin with LCCA’s Foundation in Design and Creative Business (Level 3) before progressing to the full BA.
