Applicants fulfilling any of the following criteria are eligible to apply for DBA Degree Programmes: holders of master’s degrees in business, management or related fields; OR for holders of master's degrees in other fields (e.g. non-social study fields, science fields), a holistic evaluation needs to be conducted that takes into account their overall education background and working experience. Work Experience Requirement: three years in management level positions; OR applicants employed in organisations where management-level positions may not be applicable (e.g., Non-for-Profit organisations or government departments) will have their supervisory-level positions considered as equivalent for the purpose of evaluation.
