The curriculum is built as a three-step journey. MAP (Year 1) helps students understand and analyse the major economic, social, technological and environmental transformations. BUILD (Year 2) is about acting and transforming: students choose one of five majors (Finance, Accounting, Control & Risk Management; Marketing & Business Development; Strategic Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship; People, Organisation & Transformation; Operations, Supply Chain & Digital Systems). SHAPE (Year 3) develops expertise and leadership, through a double degree in France or abroad, or one of 10 specialisations combined with one of 12 sector labs.
Teaching follows the L.E.A.D. method (Learn, Explore, Apply, Drive), with two cross-cutting tracks: Digital & AI and Positive Impact. Students can study abroad for 6 to 24 months at one of more than 100 partner universities (12 double degrees), gain professional experience through internships, the Action Track or a 12- or 24-month work-study track from Year 2.
MBS's Grande Ecole Programme leads to a Master's degree (Bac+5), recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research after evaluation by the CEFDG, and registered in the RNCP (n°36551) by France Compétences. 87% of graduates are employed within 3 months (CGE survey 2025). Ranked 60th worldwide in the Financial Times Master in Management ranking 2026.
