At Marist, we educate our Doctor of Physical Therapy students to be theoretically and practically prepared for successful careers as physical therapists. Our CAPTE-accredited program combines in-depth classroom and laboratory instruction with extensive clinical rotations to create the most comprehensive Doctor of Physical Therapy experience possible.
At Marist, our Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum is designed to create graduates that are thoroughly prepared for the successful careers ahead of them. Our curriculum consists of 36 months of didactic and clinical work. With small class and lab sizes and a 10:1 student-to-faculty ratio, you’ll receive personalized attention from our expert faculty. The clinical orientation of the curriculum also provides exceptional hands-on experience in the field. You can choose from more than 300 established clinical rotation sites throughout the country, and you'll even have the opportunity to complete international rotations in Italy and Switzerland.
