Our degree programmes are concerned with the planning, design, construction, sustainability, management and maintenance of this infrastructure. The programme aims to produce apprentices equipped for professional roles in industry, the professions and public service. The programme will be submitted to Joint Board of Moderators for accreditation as meeting the academic requirements for IEng and Partial CEng.
Civil Engineering was one of the founding degrees at Queen's, making it one of the oldest in the UK and Ireland. Staff lead high-quality research and are recognised for their excellence in teaching.
