The CEMS Master in International Management (MIM) is a one-year, pre-experience joint program, ranked among the world’s top MIMs. It is built around a key question: what must tomorrow’s global leaders learn today to be ready to lead in a fast-changing and uncertain world?
CEMS MIM Curriculum At a Glance
Two academic terms, including global and local courses and electives, designed to develop new capabilities and to strengthen both hard skills and soft skills. Among the flagship modules are:
Block Seminar, bringing together professors and students from various CEMS Schools.
Global Strategy, providing a critical view to the main challenges that global managers face, with a specific focus on technology awareness, data informed decision-making and sustainability.
Global Leadership, developing culturally savvy managers who can work effectively across cultures, while also integrating self-awareness and self-leadership.
Business Project, team-based project with a Corporate Partner or Social Partner, solving real-world challenges.
Skill Seminars, intensive workshops on leadership, communication, teamwork and self-development.
Global Citizenship Seminar, introduction to responsible leadership, sustainability and the role of business in society.
The workload of the programme is 66 ECTS in total, with a minimum requirement of 24 ECTS successfully completed in each term.
International Internship (3rd term): gain hands-on professional experience in a new cultural and business context.
Languages: graduates must demonstrate a certain proficiency in three languages, a hallmark of CEMS.

Who Can Apply to the CEMS MIM?
CEMS welcomes highly motivated students who are ready to take on a demanding, international program. To be eligible, you must:
Be enrolled in a Master’s program at one of the 33 member schools.
Show academic preparation in business/economics or related field (bachelor’s degree or 60 ECTS minimum).
Prove strong English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL 100, IELTS 7.0).
Declare your mother tongue(s) and bring multilingual and intercultural skills
Complete the local application process at your home school.
CEMS member schools, together with Corporate Partners, select candidates locally for the CEMS MIM. Based on the documents provided by the candidates, they may be invited to a selection interview or an assessment centre.

CEMS Journey Also Includes:
Experiencing a global lifestyle through studying abroad in one or two schools of the Alliance apart from home school.
Accessing the network of all CEMS schools, students and alumni, participating either physically or virtually in global and/or regional events.
Traveling, connecting and networking with CEMS students through the various CEMS clubs activities and overseas meetings happening all year around.
Enhancing your CV and accessing new opportunities via the Skill Seminars and CEMS career fairs .
