As demand for its services grew, CSPC diversified its academic offerings and eventually earned the status of a higher education institution that is home to more than 14,000 students. Currently, it offers 37 baccalaureate, masters and doctorate academic programs under its eight colleges/academic units: College of Engineering and Architecture; College of Computer Studies; College of Arts and Sciences; College of Health Sciences; College of Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management; College of Technological and Developmental Education; Graduate School; and the CSPC Buhi Campus. Its program offerings are compliant to the prescribed standards and requirements of the Philippine’ Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and duly accredited by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) and by the Bureau of Immigration (BI), particularly in foreign student admission. CSPC is further recognized as a TESDA-accredited assessment center, reaffirming its commitment to vocational and skills-based education.
As an ISO-accredited and Level III state higher educational institution in the Philippines, CSPC continues to scale new heights in governance, infrastructure development, and strategic partnerships. A Board of Trustees composed of CHED officials, government representatives, and academic and community leaders provides policy direction aligned with national development goals. As proof of leadership integrity and dedication, CSPC has been honored as a recipient of the Philippines Quality Assurance (PQA) Award.
CSPC's Center for International Relations and Linkages (CIRL) ensures that its students, faculty, and staff are exposed to global opportunities. It actively forges partnerships, coordinates faculty and student mobility programs, and offers services to foreign students—fostering a culture of internationalization even in a rural setting.
More than just a school, CSPC serves as a development partner in the Bicol Region. Its research agenda aligns closely with local needs and national direction.Through collaborations with local government units (LGUs), non-government organizations (NGOs), and national agencies, the College transforms research into community action. CSPC’s campus life is as vibrant as its academic programs. A wide array of student organizations—ranging from cultural and academic to socio-civic and spiritual—creates a holistic and inclusive learning environment. Moreover, CSPC’s annual events, such as intramurals, research conferences, and extension activities, provide platforms for students to showcase their skills and engage with the wider academic and local communities.
