September 26, 2016, the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Higher Education "International Humanitarian-Linguistic Institute" was reorganized in the form of accession to it the Accredited Educational Institution of Higher Education "Moscow University of Public Administration" (Moscow State University, OGRN 1027700482732) together with the Accredited Educational Institution of Higher Education "Moscow Architectural Construction Institute ”

 October 11, 2016, The Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Higher Education "International Humanitarian-Linguistic Institute" was renamed the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Higher Education "Moscow Information Technology University - Moscow Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering" (MITU-MASI).

MITU-MASI implements programs:

- secondary vocational education (college)

- higher education

- additional education: for public civil servants, senior employees, specialists and everyone

Preparatory courses and a children's school of architecture work. Masterclasses are regularly held for students; photo-mastering courses; pass tours of Moscow with art historians and architects; Every Saturday, a free practice laboratory running the AutoCAD and PhotoShop programs runs its work. Students are waiting for well-equipped buildings located near metro stations.

The main development goals were identified:

1. Achieving the quality of a research institute in the main academic areas of the university.
