Establishing Al-BahaUniversity in 2006 to serve the society and decrease the pressure on the universitiesof the large cities. Nevertheless, the great demand of higher educationestablishments in the Southern region of Saudi Arabia were met by establishingAl-Baha University in the region. Al-Baha University is located in Al-Baha, agrowing city in the Southern region of Saudi Arabia. Al-Baha is well-known ofits heritage and nice weather around the year. Today, Al-Baha University is organized in 16 faculties in themain campus at Al-Baha and four campuses in the nearby towns. The university offerover 30 undergraduate majors, 10 master degree programs and 4Graduate Diploma programs. It has a total of more than 21000 students enrolledin different programs.
