Graduate programs at The American University of Paris are cross-cultural, comparative, and contemporary in outlook. The dual-language Master of Arts in International Affairs, Conflict Resolution, and Civil Society Development draws students to the University as a result of its outstanding faculty, unique bilingual offerings, and partnership with the Sorbonne (Paris I), one of France's leading educational institutions. The MA in Global Communications produces graduates who are both analysts and actors in global change. The degree is based on theoretical work and cross-cultural pedagogy. Students take core courses in branding and identity politics, cultural diversity, and the political economy of global media as a basis for specialized academic courses and workshop-based classes.
